The online application form covers the main factors which NZTE uses to authenticate buyers. These include:
- Time in business and annual turnover
- Previous New Zealand market experience
- References from existing suppliers.
How long does it take to register?
Registration takes about 10 minutes. You need only review the details you provided on the application and select your product interests.
How is the site kept current and relevant?
Buyers are solely responsible for maintaining their information on this site. While it is not compulsory to update every six months, we suggest that you review your profile every six months. NZTE monitors buyer profile updates and will periodically notify buyers who have not updated their profile within a six-month period.
How do I change my details?
You can change your details through the Edit Your Company Profile page once you have logged in.
How will enquiries received through the site be directed to exporters?
Companies profiled on the site can be contacted in two main ways:
- Directly by potential customers viewing the site (via email)
- By the NZTE enquiry system. The buyer enquiry is validated by our staff members offshore and sent to exporters via the NZTE client manager.
