New Zealand is the world’s leader in fisheries management.  Based on sustainable harvest systems and sound environmental principles, the industry currently invests more than two percent of its gross returns into research and development.

With the world’s fourth largest coastal fishing zone, New Zealand harvests close to 50 species of fish and shellfish for export in a sustainable manner.
